I am friends with one of the owners of HP Tuners. He had LTFT's turned off in my car when I bought it from him, so I'll take a guess that it isn't that big of an issue.

I'm new here, and don't want to be a smart guy, but, from everything that I've ever been told regarding C5 Corvettes is, that the rear o2 sensors have a hotter heater than the fronts. That is why many people recommend placing rear o2s in front when adding headers. Again, I'm no authority, but I have been advised of this by a few well learned C5 people. Mike

Just found this on another thread info from a Bosch tech:

'He did shed some light on some of the issues at hand. First off, he said that the heaters in the front sensor are the same as the heaters in the Corvette rear. However, there is a difference in the baffling of the sensors and that the baffling does effect the temp they run at, and due to this difference he thought that the rear Corvette sensors, when used as fronts, would be at an advantage over the fronts.'


So I stand corrected, sensors appear to be the same, with different baffling.
