Stepped Kooks on C5 and A/C
Stepped Kooks on C5 and A/C Anyone running 1 7/8" to 2" to 3" Kooks on their C5 with the stock AC hose still intact?
If not, did you move the hose, heat wrap it or have a new one made?
I had to buy a new hose after burning thru the original. I heat wrapped the new one and wedged it back between the header and the body. Its still to close for my tastes and I feel like its going to melt the new hose eventually especially once im on the nitrous.
I might just have the hose extended just a bit further back to a small opening where it has more room between the header and body.
Has anyone done this before? Any pics?

Ok sweet. I have the stock heat wrap on it along with some extra heavy duty heat wrap on it. Theres no space like yours. The hose is wedged in there. Hopefully it wont burn thru!
