Default c5/c6 vettes and speedbumps...

I like many others on this site hope to own a Corvette in the near future.

I'm from Chicago, and our garages are behind the house and we have to go through the alley to get to the garage.

Well, they decided to put up SPEEDBUMPS. And the nasty bolt-on kind. Tall and narrow.

How do you guys deal w/ these? Do you guys scrape no matter what?

Don't bother to lower the 'vette either if you have to deal with them all the time. I avoid them at all costs.

damn that sucks. If I have to park it in the garage, there is no way to avoid them. They are each side of the alley.

Hell, I avoid them now w/ the TA but that car doesn't stay in the garage.

How tall are they exactly? I have my car lowered all the way and have no problems with the around 3 inch tall ones here. I do how ever hit the ones at our front gate odd enough.

I have one in my development and my Z06 (not lowered) does not scrape.
