Default Finally Got That 9sec Slip

Thanks Guy's
Well I finally go down the track with some conservative shift points (around 6200) and only 900psi bottle for bottle pressure. The result a 9.85 @ 143.25 This was our first run of the day. The second run I shut down due to some popping. The third run we put fresh plugs in upped the shift points a touch and brought the bottle pressure to 1000 psi and BOOM I SPIT OUT ANOTHER TRANNY!!! I don't know if the tranny is ever going to be able to handle the power. I have a delay on the spray to save the rear but on the 1-2 shift the tranny just let go. I am sure if we could go all out with out breaking; the car will go a low 9's. I like to thank Carmen, Dennis and Joey for the 9-sec slip. I have no video just a slip but there was someone that taped the run he said he would send it to Carmen. I am sure he will post it as soon as he gets it. If there is anyone out there that wants to put their tranny to the test. I am willing to send it though the motions. I could use one for the next weekend.

Congrats on the new best.Have you ever considered a TH400 .A properly setup 400 would take all your 422 can give. That's what I'm using behind my 422 nitrous motor.I doubt a 4l60 will live more than a pass or two with the amount of power your making.

I tried the Yank turbo 400 but there are some bugs that need to be worked out I whent thru two units before scraping it. I hope to try one in the future once Mike works out the issues.
