Its an alright deal since its an 01.. The 01's usually sell for a bit less since they are the 1st z06's and are have the lesser amount of hp. I was selling my modded 02 for about 2k more to give you an example. I would think the car would be better selling for 18-19k imo. Good luck

 

I just gave 23k for my 01 with 21k miles and it already had full exhaust, cam, vararam and underdrive pulley.

 

I also gave 20k for mine with mods (02 z06 with 50k miles) but I added some things to sell mine for a bit more.. Mine already had a clutch, exhaust, headers, and some brake stuff done to it when I got it.. Just keep searching and you will find a great deal eventually. They are selling cheap right now with how the economy is.
