Default Ls2 to ls6 throttle bodies

Will the 90mm ls2 throttle body plug into a 2003 c5 zo6 and work? I want to use a 90mm intake.

You will have to get an adapter, Katech makes one. I have a 04Z and went to a ported LS2.

I just finished my 90mm swap today. BadZ0h6 is right you will need the harness adaptor I got mine from Hinson Supercars but there are a ton of places to buy them. Its a very simple plug in set-up.

Watch out on getting an older one or a used one as about 30% were mis wired for a while and i got two of them that were needing rewiring, lol. So if you get one and it starts throwing codes let me know and i can tell you what wires need to be changed in the adapter harness.
I have one that has had the wiring verified and 50 bucks plus shipping if you like. I consider it new used, lol.

Have to get a swap kit, the LS6 is cable driven where the LS2 is electronic.

Just to clarify, the true LS6 TBs were all fly by wire as they were on the Z06 only.

No problem at all. We all get small details skewed a little every now and then, but self policing ensures the end user will get the correct info in end, most times, lol.

Will the LS6 intake have to be modded in any way?

We are all talking of intakes that except a 90mm TB, and the stock ls6 does not work. however, the ls6 can be modded to except a 90mm TB but there are better set-ups out there. Most go fast 90/90 set-up. I went single plain aluminum intake and an elbow designed for a 90mm TB. hope this helps.
