c5 wiper relay?

i don't know about a relay. the parking sensor on my wiper motor stopped working about 4-5 months ago, so the wipers wouldn't go all the way down, but i didn't care that much, they still worked. but the motor took a crap during a thunder storm about 2 weeks ago and i had to replace the whole thing, now my wipers go all the way down when i'm not using them and i can ride around like all you other high class city folk, lol.
maybe there should be some sort of application or test to past when trying to buy a corvette, so rednecks like me don't drive em(jk tho, i take good care of my c5)
