Can you post a pic of the inside of the collector? They are a great buy and made by Borla for LG (if that still remains). 1 3/4 w 2.5 X and pipe. There is a member on CF (yeager) who runs them with Flowmasters on a G6X3 and traps 131 in a 2008 (non Z51) M6. Amazing headers for the $$.

Sounds going to depend on if you run the cats, free flow cats, no cats and what muffler. I run catless thru the stock TI mufflers on the Z. Mine is quiet enough for the radio untill you go over 4000 rpm and it is screaming loud.

They're in and hooked up to BB Bullets. She screams to say the least.
I spoke with Bobby from LG at Carlisle regarding the clamps. He said they recognized the problems and now supply different clamps w/ the headers.

That explains why mine are so noisey. I bought my LG Pro LTs way back in 2003. Three inch out the back with bullets was nice with a stock engine, but to much for an out of town trip. Two hours was too annoying. Went back to stock TI with the bypass mod. Got my G5X3 on a 114 and it still quiet idling at 900. Want to back it down to 800 for more lope at idle.
