What Would a 6 speed Z06 with a 7.0 run in the quarter and the advirtised 505 HP is to the flywheel not the wheels right?

 

If you are talking C6Z, as opposed to putting an LS7 into a C5Z, you could get 11.5sec or lower with very good driving; I think on stock tires the best time is around 11.2sec. Go to www.dragtimes.com to check out time slips and respective mods. Ideal conditions will greatly aid your times. 505HP is at the flywheel, figure about 15% loss through drivetrain, of course some stock motors have dynoed higher due to machine, conditions, honesty, etc...

Your average, non track driver will do a high 11-low 12. Those numbers are from the true weekend warriors that beat one their rides. Not typical times in my opinion, unless you can shift perfect.

Still, very impressive to say the least. I know of others that have put in thousands and don't compare to a stock C6 ZO6. They're one nice ride.
