Ive done a 6.82 (1/8th) and a 10.54 on a 100 shot (1/4) but im sure thats no record! HAHAH

I ran a 5.38 @ 132 this weekend. Also cut a 1.25 60'

Keith what else is done to the IRS besides the Pfadt coil overs , I read somewhere you took the car to your brothers shop to modify the suspension more . That 1.25 60ft is awesome , and gives hope to IRS guys out there .

Boweryboy has the C5 IRS record for the 1/4 mile at 8.54 with his rear-mount turbo C5 . Not sure what his 1/8th time was , I know his 1/8mph was 135+ .

Me and my brothers shop is one in the same. Nothing else has been done to the suspension. I'm looking at removing the IRS all together but haven't done anything yet. I can tell you that I don't think the 1.25 would of happened on radials as the car sits. It might be possible with double adjustable shocks though. Penske makes a set we are also looking at if we decide to stay with the IRS.

We are testing on the 19th of this month at SGMP and our goal is to knock 8.54 out of the water. I'll let you guys know how that turns out.

I'm sure you'll attain that goal , good luck to you . Ron responded in the other thread about the other mods you did , what does your car weigh with you in it ? Are you shooting for 7's on the IRS ? That would be nuts !

Thanks! 3175 lbs. with me and 2 bottles. 7's.....that would be awesome but extremely hard. We think it will go 8.3X as it sits on a small hit on the 2nd kit. Time will tell I guess. I got a tighter converter coming in first of next week. We'll put it in after the PRI show and test that coming weekend.
