Turbo ZR1?

[QUOTE=V-seriesTech;13027153]Says who... motortrend editors? Or you? Who are you anyways?
"As far as proper gear ratios, it's nothing new. Anyone that is serious about racing, knows the benefit of a gear swap, upwards or downwards. People said my car wouldn't work with my setup,..yet, people have been proved wrong, time and time again. Be it you make your change in the tranny gear, or the final drive diff. It's all old news. Just not everyone realizes the capability of a gear swap. I do, and have."
Here again, for the record, a more publicised example of probably too much gear (that were not changed!) from Motortrend editors, again:

A knee slapper for sure!
Yes, this is really funny! But, she is missing both the air component with the windshield (intellectual), and the blond color!
Tighten it up next time! If you can?

What facts are you stating, other then quoting me?
As far as the salt, and going those kinda of speeds, at that kind of power, no thanks. Ah...not into the whole salt=rough road kind of a deal to be honest, not in a car with a drivetrain that spins wheels.
If you can get me a ride in a jet car,...then i'll consider your recomendation. I could dig that on the salt. I'll pass on the wheel driven ****, bub.

Thank you!

Fair enough! A Stock ZR1 did 176 or so (I think I read somewhere) on the salt flats in one mile!
Now this is the stuff I think guys visit a car sight to read! I know I do! Mags. too!
Interesting that a stock c5 did the mile with 159mph and 360rwhp; the ZR1 176mph and 550rwhp; and that Florida guy used 870rwhp for 204mph! It took 500rwhp more to go 44mph faster, unreal! Interesting!

Game Over!
This post simply illustrates the "Baddest all around Vette" setup! IMO
"AGAIN! YOU HAVEN'T BROUGHT UP ANYTHING TO DISPUTE THAT!"
Feel free maybe we will all learn something!
But, be careful I'm not above quoting facts to prove a point!

None of your **** makes sense, why do you think everyone calls you an idiot in every thread you make, do you have friends or do you just spend all day everyday scouring motortrend for AMAZING articles that you can relay to us like you did the article yourself.
I don't want to even comment in this thread but it is irresistable, how old are you?

Furthermore, the rice is in series!
First of all, one could disconnect any working supercharger system and connect a working turbo system in its place, parallel.
Therefore, one could use a simple pneumatic pressure switching actuator with a spring return and turbo positive pressure to move venting and blocking back and forth between a turbo system and a supercharger system simultaneously for uninterrupted positive pressure.
So, even though I haven't found anyone who has done it this way it looks to be a quite feasible and simple dynamic setup overall for a boosted-boost.
