03 Mallett Z06...Tuned by PCMforLess
I bought this car from a friend of mine a few months ago. 2003 Mallett Z06 with 48k miles. Its car 03-003. The original heads that came on the car had an issue and the original owner put Patriot heads on it. I sold my 00 SS just before I bought the Z06, and kept the 402 motor from the SS to put in the Z06.
402 LS2
Trick Flow 235s
Pat G Custom Cam (240/247)
FAST 90mm Intake
LS2 90mm TB
Kooks 1 7/8 Headers
Kooks Offroad Xpipe
Borla Stingers
42lb Injectors
Vararam Intake
Monster 3 Clutch
Tick Master Cylinder
DTE Brace
Pfadt Motor Mounts
Pfadt Trans Brace
Me and a few friends did the motor swap. Overall it went fairly well. Main mistake we made was not setting the headers in before we put the motor in. Ill say this...it took us longer to put the headers in, than it did to pull the motor/trans/diff from the car.
PCM for Less tuned the car and Tick Performance did some misc work that came up during tuning. I cant express enough how impressed I was with both shops. The amount of detail and attention that PCM for Less paid to the car was way beyond my expectations. The amount of time spent doing driveability tuning really shows. They even took into consideration tuning with the AC on or off, which was something that I didnt even think about. Tick Performance was also extremely helpful with fitting the car in when issues arose.

Trick Flow 235's and you made 525/478 ? Mustang Dyno or DJ ? Mustang awesome, DJ a bit low. Whats the compression, maybe some of the expected power is hiding in lower compression. Not trying to sound negative, but those heads make serious power, and I'm wondering why yours didn't go 550 or higher. I've only got the TFS 215s and my 402 laid down 541/505. My cam is a bit smaller though 239/243 .623 int/exh 113+3 which helps with the torque. 11.39 to 1 compression.
Port that intake and you'll find some more hp as well.
As long as she drives great and you are happy then who gives an F about what me or anyone else thinks. Just offering some insight on where some of the power others made is at. UD Pully, Meziere EWP ? 2 more options.
Could you post up a start up and idle clip? I'd love to hear those stingers. I miss my Bullets, thank god for DMH cutouts. LOL.

Nice results. Different dyno number comparisons don't mean a whole lot in the real world. To many happy dyno's out there to make that comparisons valid. The only true way to brag about your results vs another guys results are to dyno the cars back to back on the same dyno. Otherwise your just throwing out numbers that could or could not be all that accurate when doing said comparison.
