Default Assistance please

I'm in the process of finalizing a deal on a set of 2007 ls2 heads with 5k on them. I have seen so many different opinions while doing a search from 2 different forums. My main concern is will these heads bolt directly to my 2000 ls1 c5 or 1999 Trans Am without any clearance problems. I also noticed the small green triangle on the heads, what is the significance of this? Please any info will help, ready to start the summer mod-fest!

As far as bolting them up, yes they will bolt up.
However, ls1/ls6 bore is 3.898 and the ls2 is 4.000...so putting ls2 heads on a stock bore ls1/ls6 is not something I would do. Im not sure if there would be any issues.
I have heard that ls2 heads are the same as ls6 heads, but that the ls2 heads have solid valves as opposed to the sodium filled valves of the ls6.

Seems like a lot of for minimal gain to me. Id say 20rwhp? Assuming the car you pick still has an ls1 intake and stock cam.

Thats about what i was expecting. From what i can see they are the better 243 casting with the V shape on them . Some say they are worht about 5 to 8 over the normal 243/799. If they are identical to the stock ls6/243 head then there should be no problems correct? I this swap quite often. Any thoughts?
