underdrive pulley
Put a new crank seal on the timing cover before you install, the original probably has a hardened texture and is worn a bit from riding on the stock one forever. The heat from the oven will not harm the rubber seal, the engine metal gets up to 200 degrees anyway... it's normal.
The oven will expand the metal on the pulley which makes drawing it onto the crank much easier... put a light smear of anti freeze on the crank before while the pulley is in the oven. Use oven mitts or leather gloves to carry the hot pulley, get it started, and torque it down like it was a high priced *****.
