Did 03 Corvette ZO6 Valve Springs Come In black? Seen someone selling a 03 ls6 cam and stock valve springs, but the springs were black, i thought they were yellow? can they come black in a 03 zo6? also how would i know if its a true ls6 camshaft?

well the springs are black but they do have a yellow line that looks like it was spray painted from the bottom to the top. These were from 02-04 Z06's, not sure about the 01's tho.

Blue Spring = 12565117 Gm Part number
Old Yellow = 12565313
Current Yellow = 12586484 (the one you want)
Note that the above numbers are the single spring part number and that if a set is needed, it is a different number for a complete set that normally will cost less compared to single price.
The blue spring used a wire size of 5.10 x 4.00mm
The later springs (yellow) use wire size 5.25 x 4.34mm
Old Yellow = 12565313
Current Yellow = 12586484 (the one you want)
