At this moment, I do NOT plan on telling the whole story and the F'ing BS I have gone through in the past 6 months.
My 560/523wheel Heads / Cam LS7 dropped an intake valve and toasted the whole motor (needs a sleeve at minimal).
What should I get?
Stock LS7 heads or Aftermarket?
I'm thinking aftermarket but I'm not sure of who or what is the best route for the LS7 head.
Okay, so what do I buy?

Sounds like valve float caused your issue/over revving or not enough spring pressure or just bad luck. you can only put a valve in one way.

Depends on how much money you want to spend compared to how much extra power you will get with the higher $ heads. I would say if you are going to go all out, more c.i., higher compression, big cam and E85, then I would say go with the AFR's or Trickflows. However if you are going to do a nice setup, nothing insane, then I would save the money and get some Cnc'ed LS7's from texas speed and have them decked to give you some more compression.
Good question on the headers tho.
btw sucks to hear about the motor!!!

Looks like LS7 cores will be the way to go!
So, I green lighted the motor coming out, it will be out in the next 2 weeks. Then I will go from there and see how bad things are.

Ls7 valves are garbage...can't even contact the dropped valve threads and total engine losses..if you want the best power..get trick flows 235 or 245 cathedral port..with ss valves

That's the TI intake valve that dropped...
But yes, the Stock Sodium 2-piece valve breaks usually.
