Default 2003 corvette headers?

I want to get a set of pacesetter longtubes for my 03 corvette but they only make them for 97-00 and 01-02. will any of these work for mine?

I cant speak on pacesetters Quality

I run a set of ARH 1 7/8" on my 03 Z

But the 2002 Corvette should be exactly the same as the 2003 with the exception of the fuel system

The 97-00 have the air tube flange on the 3rd primary
the 01-04 is on the second
you can put 01-04 on the 97-00 with no issues
when using the 97-00 on th e01-04 you will run into toruble swith the aire tube flange

We have some great deals on LG streets and pro as well
must PM me for pricing!

^ I completely agree. XSpower LT's are an awesome deal. Cheapest Stainless Steel Headers you will find. If under budget I would choose between the XSpower and LG Streets. If you only drive your Vette in dry conditions, Texas Speed has a hell of a deal as well. If money is not an option by all means go with Kooks, LG Super Pros, or American Racing. I myself have Kooks and could not be happier. Good luck man.

They are a great deal. How do these compare to the ebay ones by OBX? Both claim to be stainless. Both look virtually the same in terms of quality but OBX are like 50 bucks cheaper.

And why would dry conditions matter for Texas Speed's header? Are they prone to cracking from puddles?

They spark? They hang low? I thought the LG's hung pretty low but the OBX and XS seem to fit nicely.

Aren't the tubes just for emissions? Is there any benefit NOT having them?

I'm looking for reasonably priced headers but go back and forth between 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 because I want to leave room for future H/C/I and FI mods.

The pacesetters are offered for Transam and Camaro but not Vettes in long tube form. Will they still fit?

There should be NO issues at all with the 01-02 - maybe they just need to update their page-

Why Pacesetters if I may ask? Price, friend has them?

Thanks,Matt

No they wont. Thats why they are FOR Trans Ams, and Camaros.....

Stop being a vagina and buy some used Headers on a Corvette Forum.
LG Streets are as Low as 999 shipped brand new, just save up for a little while longer and get something well known and proven...

actually it was the price and a friend has them on his camaro. but after looking at them a second time i realized they were shorties, not what i was looking for. i ended up getting a set of OBX (i know i might start something here but...) and i just got them in yesterday along with a bassani cat back. i love the sound both make not to loud and not to quite, perfect for me. as far as the OBX headers go the were very easy to put in just a tight fit. and plenty of ground clearance too The only problem we ran into was the airtube had to be bent a little. took me and a friend about 5 hours to do all of it.

Kooks 1 7/8 or ARH 1 7/8, done. I had Kooks on both of my sleds, such a classy header.
