Default lowering a corvette?

correct me if I'm wrong but isnt it just as simple as loosening the leaf spring nut or whatever its called..... (C4)

yes, loosen the rear transverse spring bolts to go lower, use longer bolts in the rear if you want to scrape pavement. Turn the front spring height adjusters in toward the spring, you should unload the spring pressure on the front to prevent damage to the rubber height adjuster ends

Then if you want to go more radical, cut the bushings in 1" incriments as well. Mines lowered with the bolts only.

Ask on Corvetteforum, I dont think C4's have the same front adjusters as C5's.

its very easy on the c5. Not to sure about the c4

I lowered mine about 1-1/2" and I think I may raise it back up, because I dont feel that I am getting the weight transfer that I used to.
