Older C6s I was looking at a 05 3LT with 100k miles price is right. What are the problems with the 05 the rearend but the rearend sucks in an f-body too. I read something about the auto trans being not so great but don't remember. I know i can get C5Z for about the same price but I want a C6.
06 differential has extra ribs for strengthing that the 05 does not. The 05 also has a 4 speed automatic vs. a 6 speed for 06+.
100K is a lot of miles but if taken care of and maintained properly might be a pretty good car. Particularly if most of the miles are highway. How many miles are on the C5Z?
