Factory C5 clutch (non Z06)....hp....????
What ET/MPH have people run with the GM clutch ??? Power #s....drag radials
etc. and for how long did it last before KABOOM....just trying to find out how
much more power I can reliably make or if I'm already on borrowed time.
thanks for input

I have 477 passes (with 5000+ launches) and 67000 daily driving miles on mine.
I had hundreds of runs on my c5 clutch as well.
Mods in my sig.
The key to long clutch life is proper fluid maintenance..check out www.rangeracceleration.com
And with mods, normally when you put in a cam, the pedal often sticks to the floor, removal of the pedal spring usually fixes that issue.

All 8 years of the C5 share the same flywheel
2001 up use the same FW/PP/disc
The Z06 clutch is simply a 2001 model year change, not specific to the Z
The SKF bearing equipped slave started in 2004
I've got a bunch in the scrap pile
C6 clutch..........2006up, LS2,3,7 all the same clutch, about the same price as the 2001-2004 unit
