Vr-b1 & vr-b2

Guys,

I'm purchasing a vararam for my c5z from a forum member but when I asked if it was vr-b1 or a b2 he wasn't too sure. He said he doesn't want to mislead me but he purchased it 18 months ago and it was the latest system out. I've tried looking for information on this but have came up with no luck. Can anyone give me some info on how to differ from the two? Thanks

The second gen...better clamps, that were easy to reuse...new filter, better seal. May be a couple other things here or there but...the first gen,..was a couple of years ago or more..... it's probably the second gen....which you could tell by the straps that hold the lid down to the lower half(Y).

Filter will be green... but, I am sure that would fit in the old one if someone had one.

It's a great system.
