99 c5 "pull key, wait 10 sec"

I've been having this problem for a while and I know the relay recall was done on the car. I bought this small module off ebay and wired it in. It says it will take care of the problem. Well it took car of the steering lock but still the car reads "PULL KEY, WAIT 10 SEC".

My question is, does any one know if HPT can turn the secruity off in the car and that fix the problem? I don't want to waste the credits if it doesn't work.

From what I see HP Tuners will not do anything for this issue.

From what I've read you can up the fuel cutoff from 2 mph to 255 mph and it won't shut down. Will still have the message

I fixed mine with the HPtuners in a parking lot after it left me stranded. The dealer did the recall and 3 days later i couldn't drive off from school.
