im confused , why do you need a new pcm , just over right it , aka erase it and install a stock gm tune on it then go from there.

Every tuber that tune by hp programme has a special serial number and he can lock the ecu which you can only check and reads the sensors and you cannot tune it. Finally, I change my ecu with a new one and tune from it made around 500 on wheel
