Default Tightly wound spring letting loose Noise at point of shift?

Hi, It's a 2002 Corvette Auto that Originally had 2.73's and changed out diff to a 3.15 with new 3200 TC installed on a rebuilt 4L60E - we just did all this - the computer goes out in a few days to get reprogramed.

Under full throttle, it downshifts to 2nd gear-at the point of the shift it sounds like a tightly wound spring letting loose. There is no other mechanical noise and it happens as quick as snapping your fingers.

Any ideas?
