Just because the owner is not very knowledgeable does not mean it's a scam. The add is not asking for a money transfer or anything else that would not be considered normal. I do believe the add has a couple of typo's with the year and price of the vehicle. Go look at it and decide for yourself.

There are no 2000 zo6's, so we have to assume he is full of **** right off the bat.
His story and price point are a dead giveaway that this is a joke.. Why would someone purposely sell a car 10k under KBB value?
It's probably a 2000 Frc zo6 clone with a salvage title and a plain ls1 engine with ls6 fuel rail covers to fool someone.
