Is 29k good price for a 99 frc vette? it has 35k miles and an 408 stroker motor there saying 500+ hp,no other upgrades other than exhaust. Whatcha think?

Way too much money given your basic description. Mods don't add to the value unless they're VERY expensive mods, like GOOD wheels, forced induction, etc. Probably a 15-18K car tops if it's pristine and claims/descriptions can be backed up.
