Definitely a cool find. Hard to understand what was going through the buyer's mind when he stored it, unless he passed away.
In a rather similar story, it's also interesting that I just bought my 2009 LS3 Corvette convertible that was never titled and had just 5,100 miles on it. A car dealer/collector had mine. I replaced the original 'hard as rock' Goodyears, some fluids, etc and it's like new. It even had the plastic still covering the carpets as you can see in the one photo. I paid about half sticker which was $61k back then. Atomic Orange and only 91 'verts produced in that color for '09.
