clutch line drill mod? WHERE ON Z06

clutch line drill mod? WHERE ON Z06 ok, I posted in the manual trans section and got posts from f body guys about the drill mod saying to:
pull out the pin at the master ans remove the clutch line, there is a restriction to be drilled out at the MASTER END?
there is NO RESTRICTION at the master cylinder end, it's just a metal elbow, when I inserted the 1/8" drill bit I see that the hole is larger already than it's supposed to be drilled with this mod,
so...
I pulled the pin out in the slave, and removed the line there, there is a restriction there with the hole being so small, is that where to do the "drill mod on a c5"?
