Parts needed for a D1SC Procharger in C5

Hello, I'm considering putting a D1SC procharger in a stock C5 but only have a head unit - what else do I need to complete this set up and what would be your rough estimate of the cost? Thank you.

Brackets, idlers, pulleys, belt, crank pin kit, intake. It is a reverse rotation unit correct? Brutespeed.com can hold you up with everything needed.
