Decisions Decisions.... Ok guys and gals, I need some advice from Corvette owners out there. I've decided that I'm ready to upgrade from my fleet of Trans Ams and I am definitely in the market for a 2LT C7 and need some advice. I've recently test drove both the A8 and the M7, but I'm still at a impasse.... Both cars were PHENOMENAL and definitely worth the MSRP price, but I need some help. I'd prefer the A8 just for the Remote Start freature, but can't resist the exhaust note from the rev match feature on the M7. I'm looking at 2LT, NPP, and the Z51 spoiler as must have options, but still torn between the two transmissions... Any thoughts?

A8 manuals are a thing of the past although yes a manual is more fun but its just a choice for you what you will be happy with ultimately

A little late responding but if still interested, I had a C6 (2009) and the paddle shifters were slow in my opinion. Leaving the transmission alone in 'drive' was very satisfying and very quick. I imagine a C7 is even better but I have never driven one. I'm basing that opinion on my A8 2020 Challenger which is 'light years' ahead of the C6 Corvette as far as the paddle shifts. Extremely quick response especially in 'sport' mode.
