Wiper Blades Started Going Wouldn't Stop. AC Fan Stopped Blowing (SOLVED)
This is on my 1998 C5 Corvette.
Alright just posting this so if it happens to someone else they can figure it out.
My wiper blades decided to turn on and not turn off.
I pulled the wiper fuse as I needed to drive the car. When I went to drive the car, the AC blower fan didn't turn on at any setting.
When I got home, I cleaned out the driver udders, and they were mildly full, I then swapped relays from my AC Fan to my fuel pump to see if it was a bad relay. The relay was fine.
I then checked the codes and got
B0361 H
B0363 H
B0441 H C
I did have the battery disconnected at one point. After reconnecting the battery and clearing the codes the codes would come right back. If I clear the codes and tried to turn the air on, the ac Fan kind of made a clicking noise.
I then emptied the passenger side udder, and it had a decent amount of crud in it. After emptying the passenger side udder I felt around in the hole were the passenger udder mounts to and it was full of crap. I pulled it out. Then I pulled the AC blower fan out, it is above the interior fuse box. It takes 3 bolts of 5.5mm or customary equivalent. I pulled it out and inspected it and saw some leaves inside. I looked inside the hole where the fan is mounted and visual inspected to make sure it was clean. Then I put it back together and put back the fuse for the wiper blades.
Then they started working again.
So basically if you have this problem, pull the udders, clean them, let the car/electronics dry, clean out your AC fan, and you should be good.
