I know on the F-bodies the tach has a hard time keeping. Is this true for the C5 as well?

I just made the f-body >> vette switch last month and it seems the vette's tach is a little more accurate. Don't know how much more, but from the feel of things I'd say it is.

It seems about right to me as well. My 99 FRC actually goes up to 6200rpm redline per the tach.
