Dynatech,LG or Kooks headers

Dynatech,LG or Kooks headers It is time to make a decision on headers for the Z.Anyone have opinions on the three listed header manufacturers.I'm looking for power,ease of install and light weight.Anyone know how much these systems weigh?I don't want cats so that should save some weight.Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

I know I lost a good load of tq down low because of shorter primaries on the Kooks, but I found out Kooks can most likely make custom ones for you. The LG's from what I was told make good tq because of their longer primaries, but they only come in 1-3/4ths and I personally think a 400ci plus motor needs a 1-7/8th header. The dynatechs are very similar to LG's and are also 1-3/4ths.
Dynatechs fit well and the X-pipe is good quality.
Kooks take a little work to get in but fit real nice.
Haven't dealt with the others.
My 1 7/8" Kooks made power everywhere on a stock motor.Any header will be alot lighter than the stock setup.I would guess I saved 20-30lbs.

I am happy with my Kooks, see sig for rwhp/rwtrq. They fattened up my torque curve, even with the primaries being shorter than LGs. They are 1-7/8" primaries, so they flow well and will support future mods well.

Dynatechs are the heaviest at around 63 lbs. Not sure on the others, but someone posted the weights on CF once. Also, interesting article on Tri-Y's at the link below. Definitely worth a read if you haven't seen it yet.
