All I know is I raced an 03 cobra in my 02 z06 with exhaust and a blackwing and pulled him 2 car legnths and when we hit about 120 I started walking him like hit hit the brakes but he did not. The cobra said he had pulley long tubes and tuned and put down right at 500HP. People get so hyped up over what something makes on the dyno. The Dyno means nothing its just bragging rights when there is a dyno day. I ran a 02 TA that made 415Hp on the dyno and pulled him about 1 1/2 cars and my car had just made 376 2 days before so the dyno means nothing.

You also have a huge weight advantage. Stock cobra is what 3600....3700 lbs? A Z06 is roughly 3000. I cant wait to get one

Dyno #s are just braggin rights, but they only mean something if the driver can make perfectly good use of the power. The guys who arent used to the IRS, or guys who arent used to driving an FI car like they should arent going to pull anything worth a damn. Saying you beat the car is one thing, but ultimatly remember, you're beating the driver more than the car. Slap a driver in who's equal to your skills and even in a 500hp Cobra, the outcome of the race could be different.
