Do all 02 Z06s come with the same options? Every one I have seen come with the heads up display and everything else. Basically fully loaded. Thanks in advance.

As far as I remember the Z06 RPO comes with:
5.7-liter V8 405-horsepower engine, 6-speed manual transmission

dual-zone automatic climate controls, head-up instrument display

Z06 suspension, 265/40ZR17 front tires, 295/35ZR18 rear tires

And you could add only a few items items from here........
Remote Compact Disk Changer (All Models), BSMs, etc.

In 2001 (first year) they did not have HUD, in 2002 - 2004 they decided that HUD was a great tool for track use, so you didn't have to take your eyes off the road, and it became a standard option. There is no option for a disc changer on a Z06 that I am aware of. The only options are chrome rims, side molding and mod red interior.

I can assure you CHROME rims were not an RPO option.........

This is all I know of for the Z:

Electrochromic Mirrors $160
Memory Package $175
Corvette Museum Delivery $490
Body Color Body Side Moldings $150
Front License Plate Frame $15
No Chromes

All insignificant.
Bottom line, when you buy a used one, if its an 02 or later (because of the HUD) options are meaningless for price.

Chromies were only available on the Z16 24 Heures of LeMans cars from what I remember. Outside of the BSMs, Museum Delivery and stuff like that, there are no real "options" that're 100% needed, all the necessities are right there under the hood

Chromies were never an option from the factory. Polished wheels were on the 2004 commerative edition with the carbon fiber hood.....

You are right, I guess I have seen so many with chrome rims that I assumed they were an option...LOL! Although I could not find the U1S RPO under the Z06 option equipment list. Have you heard of anyone getting a Z06 with a disc changer from the dealer?

This is correct except for choice of Black or Mod Red interior.

So the red interior is aftermarket? I personally like all black interior.

Here you go, you could take a look for yourself on all the optional equipment for Z06.

There is a factory option for Mod Red interior. Basically it has red accents, lower dash, lower door panels and seat inserts are red and the rest is black as usual. Looks good on a Red car IMO.

Like Dean-o said, its factory just not a very high selling option. To me, its way to gaudy and looks out of place. Looks even worse in the C4s
