Corvette head question

Corvette head question I got a guy on ebay who claims he has 2004 LS1 C5 corvette heads for sale and that the casting number is 241. Is this correct? Reading in the ls1/ls6 performance books I believe he is wrong, but dont know for sure. All the vettes from 2001 and up were standard with the ls6 heads/motor and a 243 casting number right?
No, not all 01+ Vettes have the LS6 heads or motor. Some probably have an LS6 block similar to the 01 and 02 Fbodies but that # is probably in the 25%. They do have the LS6 intake tho, just not the heads and block.

Heads - No, LS1s get LS1 heads (241 casting)
Blocks - Some late 01s and all 02s and up get the LS6 casting.

So your telling me that the flow numbers for the head castings is the same in the ls1/ls6? I do believe the LS6/243 casting has different heads flow nubmers and thus perform better at high rpm power.
