Anyone have the Hotchkiss Sway bars?
I friend of mine just bought a EB 2002 ZO6 and is taking them off his 2001 coupe. He will sell them to me for about 1/2 off the regular price and are like new with about 1000 miles on them. Are they worth it? I just have the base suspension and will have some Fikse FM/10 rims. Thanks <img src="graemlins/z06.gif" border="0" alt="[Z06 Corvette]" />

For half off....heck yeah go for it. But keep in mind that the Hotchkis sway bars are known to make a "klunking" noises.....which was due to the endlink design. Supposedly Hotchkis fixed this early to mid last year. Check with your friend to see if he has heard any noises coming from them.
FYI: I "had" the base suspension too but dicthed it for the Z06 bars & springs, and Bilstein shocks.........a 400% improvement in ride and handling. Oh, the Hotchkis bars a just a tad larger then the Z06 bars.

Got these today and they are pretty nice. Hopefully I'll be able to install these this weekend and have some feedback. Later

I finally got around to installing these and I must say I'm impressed with them. Way better than stock and the endlinks are much better. Later
