Re: 2003 ZO6 I think the best bet is that it will go to 425hp for 2003. There is a good article on the Idaho Corvette page about the LS6 done in late 2000(release of Z06). It talked about the ratings for the motor going up over the next 2 years. The article was spot on for the 2002 increase and I believe there are enough little tricks left to get another 20hp out of it without any major changes.

50th aniversary demand should make buying a 2002 leftover one of the best deals out there...
I'd recommend the 2002 zo6 towards the end of the production year. Right now you can get a 2002 z06 for around 46500 with all the discounts..
2004 zo6 should be an excellent performance value as the C6 is scheduled for a 2005 release date..That might the year we see an increase of hp to 425 just to stimulate the last year of C5 sales.
2006 is the year of the 2800 lb 450hp C6 with altered body panels from standard C6 but the price will rise accordingly.

Something about a supercharged <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0"> or displacement on demad V8 <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> I dont know.....but to get that thing over 500 hp would be sick. <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">
Im always remeinded they wouldnt do this though only to keep the vette at an affordable price below the viper.
