SHifter options for C5?
Re: SHifter options for C5? I've driven the Kirbin and the Hurst in a C5. I prefer the Hurst because it has a shorter throw and adjustable springs that allow you to set the side to side stiffness of the shift....can't miss 3rd with the full stiff springs....just shove it forward.

I had the B&M Ripper for about a year and loved it--but I switched to the Hurst because the considerable stiffness of the B&M, which, while excellent for aggressive driving, had my elbow aching after longer city drives--I absolutely adore the Hurst--between the two you can't go wrong, but my preference is with the Hurst. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Re: SHifter options for C5? We have the kirban on our zo6. 5th and 6th can be a little tricky, just gotta get used to it. its a little stiff, but no complaints really. I'd really like to try the Hurst.

Re: SHifter options for C5? I have the breathless performance shifter. Its a bit more expensive. Its nice how you can ajust the angles of the shifter. I like it and have not missed any shifts with it.
