New Cool C5 Throttle Body Porting

The 70mm ridge is removed and contoured for exception flow, the front throttle shaft is cut off and blade screws shortened, the entrance is streamlined, the exit is blended for a smooth transition out of the TB, and the newest update..... the PCV hole that is epoxied now has a rectangular section of tubing set in the epoxy at the very top of the TB instead of a drilled hole, resulting in less turbulence, more flow, and greater consistency.

Looks are killer too! The casting flash and lines on the TB housing are smoothed before powdercoat and the housing on the side that mounts the electric motor is polished to a mirror finish.
