Forced induction section of the Corvette Forum Really not much different in a snse of modding then a F Body, only it costs more to do it is about all. And honestly alot of it is easier minus the drive train type work.

well for starters get that thing on a lift and lower the 4 wheel drive look. With the low miles and a texas car should'nt be any rust on the bolts. Take you literally 15 minutes from loading lowering it and take it out for a spin. Should come down 3/4 inch at all corners.
Personally I would keep the the catback. It sounds mean enough and is going to be the lightest out there for the cash. I had a blackwing airbox, corsa catback, hurst shifter (never miss 3rd again), lowered, stock clutch on BFG DR running 12.40 in my FRC.

It has its own bolts.
The two in the rear have to be screwed in towards the spring. The two in the front have to be screwed away from the spring.
The rear are located on the lower control A arms. The fronts are as well. What I did was count the threads left on each bolt. I left I believe it was either 3 or 2 1/2 I cant fully remember on each corner and it lowered it a lot. Some people get out rulers and stick stuff in the wheel to measure the lip. The bolts are all the same length maybe off by a few mm.
Just watch the front end on major dips and the front "spoiler" lip with rub everyhwere. No biggie. Just watch for curbs or parking blocks in parking lots. I always backed in.
also if you want to sell me rims I will buy them for $700 right now with tires

Also.. first mods you'll want to do is frame savers. A and A corvette has special for 69 bucks. Save the rocker panels from curbs and speed bumps.
