Quick question... Z06 and Loudmouth
Quick question... Z06 and Loudmouth I'm thinking about buying a loudmouth for my Z06. I know most people prob don't like the sound, but I had one on my WS6 and loved it.... What's your oppinion, have you ever heard one on a Z06? 
Havent heard it on a Z or C5. It'll probably sound different on a C5 w/ true duals vs an Fcar w/ the Y pipe, but try www.LS1sounds.com and see if they dont have any C5 clips w/ loudmouth.

A guy here in town had loudmouths on his head/cam C5. It was extremely loud. He swapped his out for Borlas. I was following him on the interstate and could not even hear my car, and it has LG headers and Stingers. I would recommend Stingers or B&B. They both sound good. But if you want loud you need headers.

It is not bad if you have stock manifolds and cats. If you have headers you will hate it.. You will need an x-pipe to get rid of the motor boat sound close to idle and the popping throughout decel.. Truthfully, it was the first exhaust system on a C5 and I liked it, but after having borla and corsa and a few others... I would never purchase another loudmouth system.. Especially on the Z, you know how much road noise you get already... It has a bad drone on the highway with the loudmouth...
It is your personal preference though, if you want something that is loud for stock manifolds and cats, the loudmouth would be a good choice!
