Default 98 C-5 with Cam and bolt-ons

Guys...Just a refrence....Bone stock my C-5 made 297.36hp and 310 TQ. Dropped by G-force and got a cam, headers, pulley, throttlebody, and blackwing. Got a consevative tune and BAM!!!!!!! My car laid down first pull...400.00 HP and 369.40 TQ. Second Pull after Mike maid a slight adjustment...IT went to 409.26 HP and 377.96 TQ...Third and final adjustment it went to 411.14 HP and 382.15 TQ. I am here to say I am very pleased with the job and the power increase for my money. I think 113.78 hp increase with a cam and boltons is great....Hyde

I made 380rwhp with H/C and stock exaust (no headers). So I think thats reasonable depending on the H/C you got............

Very nice numbers, congrats. Can you give us more detail as to exactly what bolt ons and what are the specs of the cam? I plan on doing the bolt-ons and cam and i expect to make 400rwhp also, but i want to do it with a relatively mid size cam.

My buddie brought his car in from Corpus to let Mike work on it...It made good power too...The cam is a custom grind. Throttle body is from G-Force, Breathless headers and x-pipe, and B&B bullets. ASP pulley, BLackwing filter, Spec stage three clutch with ZO6 slave. 921 valve springs and LS6 intake. G-force tuning. The good thing is I can use ever part again for the new forged bottom end motor ...Just add heads...

Does "Mike" own a navy blue corvette? I guess you dont want to reveal the numbers on the cam? Who sales those headers?

I sold him the cam it is my old custom grind, it was a large cam back then now its average size. Breathless sell's the headers, I have a set of breathless headers right now for sell just like Hyde's with xpipe for $550 plus shipping.

Hyde if you get a chance check on those headers for me, I know the X pipe won't fit.
