Awesome Motor Trend Z06 article! I just got my copy today and read it first thing... Its sooooo nice to see Chevrolet with a new "Kick ***" machine.. Everyone HAS to respect what this car can do. The 2006 Z06 has set a new standard. The car is just sweet. They pretty much warn people at the end of the article how the car isnt for everyone, but people are going to buy anyway. Man, i cannot believe this car performs so well.. For those who havent read. 3.5 0-60 and an 11.5 1/4 mile. That 1/4 mile time is with stock rubber right? You could pry cut that real close to 10s with slicks i bet.. Man, i am so excited for this car to be out and learn/ see more of it. It gives me motivation to get through school, get a good job. I WILL own one someday. My new dream car 
The cover of the mag says something like, First test of the new Z06= sell the ferrari! I watched Car and Driver television this last weekend, and they had just tested the Ferrari F430, and said "This Ferrari is one of the best yet." Motor trend said the F430 owners should sell their cars and get into the Z06!!" Really proud of Chevrolet for this one.. Its been a long time coming.

Nice to see that Chevy is going exotic hunting. Definitely a step in the right direction. If only they brought the fbodies back to win over the mustang crowd. Oh well, one step at a time. Can't wait to see these beasts on the road.

You guys DO realize the new Z06 placed 2nd of ALL cars tested in the road coarse right?! Above lambo and ferraris and 2nd to the Carrera GT...insane!

I am not finding the article online either... You wont regret buying this issue though... This is like candy, must have! Also, check out the posts under the LS7 engine forum.. It was tested with new LG long tube headers and adjusted air box. Its putting down like 480 RWHP!!! (still has cats!) 500RWHP/500TQ will very easily be obtained!
