A&A p1sc?
been tryin to search for this and havent found anything anyway I was wonderin what kinda numbers do stock bottom end ls1's with stock ls6 heads, stock cam,lt headers, offroad x pipe and borla straight pipe catback make. I'm gonna buy this kit pretty soon and I'm hoping for around 510rwhp is this pretty reasonable?

From what I have read 510 should be attainable with that setup.
I have the A&A kit laying in my garage ready for install. From what I have read and talked to Andy, mine should be right at 500rwhp with LS6 cam, the kit and good tuning. He said to expect a good gain when adding the LT's, but I didn't ask exactly how much to expect. I would guess around another 25.
So you should have no trouble doing it with LT's, LS6 heads.

Quite a few people run 550 rwhp on a stock bottom end with a GREAT tune.
It is pushing the limits of the stock bottom end though.

I have a 98 with the stock C5 heads and cam. I have LT headers and Borla Stingers with an A&A P1SC. It put down over 490 (522 before correction) on a very conservative tune. I am running 18 degrees of timing with an A/F ratio of 11.8 on pump gas. It could have easily put down around 525 with a more aggressive tune on a higher octane fuel. Once it gets around 500 it's all pretty much feels the same. I would guess the car should make right around 500. If you really want 500+, just tell the tuner. He should be able to get you there no matter what.

Mine made 501RWHP with a completely stock bottom end, manifolds cats, Z06 catback. I had around 20,000 miles when I pulled it and sold it. Never had an issue with it. Oh and 501RWHP was at 10lbs. I normally ran mine at 8-10 and i drive my cars. I fyou get a good tune 8-10lbs is safe by all means. And min was a mail tune for 18,000 miles.
I sold it because I traded my 2000 C5 for a 2006 C6
PS: My sig is before i got it retuned. I am in Iraq now so updateing my sig is not much of a priority

Yea it was, it was too bad the rear went on that pass too because it hooked lol. Would have given me a good time that is for sure. Just you wait though, the C6 is getting something as well from a vendor on here. It will be at the Carl Casper car show later this year in Louisville while I am over here in Iraq Just look for a yellow C6 at the show.

i don't think it's reasonable with a STOCK cam - you really need a blower cam and the tune is EVERYTHING
we had a guy here in AZ that had a new blower cam put in his '03 and with the new tune, he picked up over 100 RWHP (put him at 575) can't recall where he was before that - but i'm thinking in the 450 RWHP area - perhaps even 425!
