LG LT Install
1. how high up did you have to get the car?
2. did you install/ remove things through the top or the bottom?
3. how long does it take to do the work on the ground as opposed to doing it on a hoist?
4. Did you have to drop move the engine or cradle at all?
Thanks for all your help up till this point guys.
-Remove both valve covers (and all other supporting gear)
-Remove plugs from both sides
-Remove altenator
-Remove oil filter
-Remove driver side engine mount nut, 18mm? (located under the cross-member)
-You might also have to remove the braided fuel line going into the rails (I did not)
*Passenger side drops right-in from top with a little wiggle...
*Driver side; push up on the driver-side engine mount stud with a bottle-jack, NOT MUCH, header should drop right in from top...
good luck..

Props to you driveway techs.
No

It was a cake job, with the car on my 9,000 lb lift I could have everything off in 1- 1 1/5 hrs at the most. From the headers back to the stock exhaust.
I didn't remove the alternator, plugs or anything else described above.
I was the easiest header install I've ever done on a car by far.
There is no way in hell I would try it on jackstands. That would be a very frustrating task.I hate rolling around on the ground in the cold.
My o2 sensors gave me idling fits and codes.I had to spend another 200 bucks on A/C/ Delco o2's,AFS-97 was the part numbers, now i can tune it this weekend.
However first time I started it up........ that all went out the window. Man this thing sounds sick!!
