Without a doubt. Make sure it's a cam you WANT, before you go through the install trouble.

Ugh why would you want to use Camaro parts in a Vette? Aren't they slower or something?

No, it is against the cardinal rule Corvette LAW that you cannot put a F-body cam into a Corvette...under no circumstances...don't DO IT!!
