But a 12.48 in a bone stock C6 auto is impressive.
I stand corrected. I need to get me one of those then I wont need the driver mod and yes, I agree, those are some killer times, stock.

The bone stock C6 Z06 record stands at 11.40@124 right now I think, a far cry from Motor Trend's 12.0.
But again my runs/claims are not about the manual cars, only the automatics.
I dunno, im not a big magazine guy, I just so happend to pick it up while waiting in the Dr's office and thought that it was pretty impressive (faster than me! )

Nice time, definetly impressive! Something that does come to mind, where's that time slip? Making a big claim of making the fastest stock automatic corvette run ever, and the lack of timeslip, really makes me think twice. Nonetheless, good drivin'.

Very impressive. I didn't even know they had a 6speed automatic. Seems like the C6 should be in the 11s with very limited modifications.

Good point...I could of course just post a slip that I found or even one from a slow pass in my Z28 but hey, something is better than nothing so here it is:

No scanner so this is taken with a camera, a little blurry but it gets the job done.

Thumbs up

Marc,
Nice times.
One of the local guys was talking about this car at Atco a day or two ago, and for some strange reason, I suspected this might have been you.
Congrats...the car is flyin' for being stock!

Snor, did I watch you kill a tranny or clutch at Atco? I had the blk C6, used to build blower GTs with Modular Powerhouse. Doing a 402 install in the vette now
