It's not too bad actually, I just leave it in full auto ('sport') mode when I race but I play with the paddles on the street sometimes and they're fun.

Thanks man, I actually lowered that time to a 12.35@113.66 just last week, going back a couple more times to shoot for a 12.29 (highly unlikely though LOL).
Car is still bone stock.

Lots of low 11 second runs coming from owner getting used to their C6Z's now. One guy "ranger" even ran a 10.85 w/ only drag radials.

You can check out Z06vette.com to see.

Oh I know ALL about Ranger, I've met/talked to him a few times (twice in the past alone month actually) at Atco, he has that car motorin'.
He's had the quickest stock Z06 ever, I have the quickest stock automatic ever.

DAMN!!!! That's faster than 90% of the six speed C6's as well.
What sort of gears does it have stock?

Get a stall, some lower gears, and a pair of slicks, and you'll knock another second off that time.

Very, very impressive and congrats. Sounds like you got one of those freak of nature cars (as they are NOT ALL CREATED EQUAL) and as you are one of the fastest tracks in the country ATCO/New Jersey, where you areat sea level, I wonder what other 06 C6 Automatic cars are running at the same track with an experience paddle shifter behind the wheel, as a cars et and mph will certainly differ between different states! Not taking anything away but wonder how much faster ATCO really is compared to some dude (or you running your own car) say in St. Louis, IL, or Los Angeles, CA, etc. My guess is that you would run about .3 tenths slower in those other venues at different sea levels than are found at New Jersey!

KEEP up the great work and these colder early winter temps are also going to bring you about 15 to 20 free horsepower. Have to love FREE HORSEPOWER!

It was actually quicker than all but TWO of the stock 6 speed manuals (mine is a 6 speed as well but it's an automatic) at that time but last Saturday I fixed that as well.
It has 2.56 gears but the first gear in this trans is sweet (4.02).

New bests in the car last Saturday, I cannot be happier with this awesome car that GM/Chevrolet/Team Corvette has built, kudos to them.
Ran a best of 12.21@115.45 with a best trap of 115.91 (please don't ask me where those 115s came from, I would've been smiling like this all the way home if I'd just scratched into the 114s LOL but almost 116! )
Here are the three best time slips:

very impressive!....at this rate, if you add a good induction system and headers with tune, high 11's should be no problem.

I AGREE that although you are running on one of the fastest tracks in the country your six speed Auto C6 does seem to be a freak of nature!!

Thanks. Yes both traction control and active handling off, roughly 26/27 pounds (cold) in the rear runflats.
