Need some opinions
I dont plan on ever doing any engine mods like cam, heads, turbo ect, since this car will be more of a nice street car/sunny day cruise car, not a race car or hardcore street monster. So should i leave my exhaust alone ? If it was an F-body id just do it anyways, since headers and a x-pipe to bullets is like 800 for a compleat deal, but on a vette catbacks and headers are super expensive
.edit: also im wondering if i will need to get a new clutch to handle the 150 shot, my only other mods are a CAI and shifter, and ill be geting some nittos out back for when i go to the track.
As for a clutch....I can't answer you there. My 125 dry shot is being installed now and I'll have it at the dyno on Friday. If all goes well, I'll have it at the track on Sunday. Hopefully I won't need a new clutch before I leave the track.

When I first installed my blower, I put some drag radials on my stock wheels. First test drive on the street with them and the stock, ~6000 mile, clutch wouldn't hold.
Not sure if I'll be able to hit the track tomorrow. Looks like a halfshaft joint leak...If I change my mind, I'll post up some numbers. I just don't want to contaminate the track.
like maybe,........big intake, hedders, hy-flow cats, Big x-pipe,& big axcel back. I honestly think that only then will you reilise the $$$$ for whatever else you want to do!,..........or not. Last edited by vetred; Apr 2, 2006 at 01:29 PM.
